TEAM
Meet the Minds of Hera

SILLE TØDTEN
Sille is one of the two co-founders of Hera! After finding themself on a skateboard in 2017, they turned their passion into a mission, bringing the flinta* community together on and off the board. As one of the driving hearts behind Hera’s program development, Sille has naturally stepped into the role of development director. They help shape the structure, keep an eye on the numbers, and still show up to mentor and skate with the community.. because that’s where it all started.

KOTTE DIAZ

FRANZISKA DATZ
The love for the Skateboarding-culture shaped around diy, art, community and music inspired Franz to bring Hera to life. With a background in Visual Communication, a constant curiosity and a try and error approach, Franz is present for both executive tasks as well as on the ground as a mentor. If lost, you will find her covered in concrete leading Hera‘s DIY skatepark building.

AOIFE DORAN
Aoife has 6 years experience in the international development sector – less can be said for their skateboarding. Aoife fell in love with skating through Hera in 2021 and now uses their skills in M&E, donor reporting and grant writing to support Hera. At times, they will also teach skate sessions participants a no comply.

PAULA UMAÑA
Right after joining Hera’s first creative workshop, Paula brought the Hera Zines to life – publications that share the community’s thoughts and feelings. Paula collaboratively drives Hera’s artistic footprint through their graphics, print projects and animations whilst also building a network around artists worldwide.

EWA ŽAK
Ewa started skating when the corona lockdown hit Berlin. Shortly after she met Sille and Franz and became Hera’s member very early on. With time her engagement brought her into more creative roles, with her background in graphic design she’s been supporting Hera with graphic skills throughout posters, zines and merch creation. Besides that she’s been helping with various of Hera’s skate programs.
JOIN US IN MAKING A DIFFERENCE
We invite you to support our mission, whether through
donations, volunteering, or spreading the word.
To sustainably strengthen our structures and offerings,
we require financial resources for staffing, program
coordination, fund-management, accounting, art supplies,
skateboarding and safety equipment, transportation
expenses and more.
We envision a sustainable community that thrives
in solidarity where Flinta+ take up space and
step into leading roles. We believe in the power of
diversity, collaboration, care and mutual inspiration.
